She has more than +15 years of leadership experience with great track record both at management/board level and at all levels in a company. She has a high visibility and appreciation within organisation, from factory floor level and up. Linda has expertise in strategy development and deployment, including corporate strategy, business strategy, business model development and function specific strategies. Set business area strategies with proven profitable sales growth. She has had long result and profit responsibility for business areas in international setting, with a proven turnaround of business area. Linda also has expertise in IT strategy development and utilizing IT for operational excellence, with deep insights in sustainability driving sustainability work in a matrix organization.
