Owe Wagermark

Owe Wagermark is currently the Special Adviser to the President & CEO of Saab AB within the CEO Office, having been appointed in July 2016.Owe Wagermark was the Chief of Staff and Senior Adviser to the President & CEO of Saab AB within the CEO Office, between 2009 – 2016.

Prior to this he served as the Senior Military Advisor and Communications Director in Gripen International 2002-2008 and in Saab Dynamics (Bofors) 2008-2009.

His career as an Air Force Officer, which started in 1973, lead to a number of appointments such as Royal Swedish Air Force and later Swedish Armed Forces Communications Director, Vice Chief of the Royal Swedish Air Force & Vice Commander of the Air Force Tactical Command and Deputy Military Representative to the European Union, EU Military Committee. He now serves as Reserve Officer.

He is, in his military capacity, attached to the Swedish Royal Family as Aid-de-Camps.

Owe Wagermark is a Fellow of the Swedish Royal Academy of War Sciences (Kungliga Krigsvetenskapsakademien), Member of the French Académie de l’Air et de l’Espace and Board Member of the Swedish Indian Business Council, SIBC.

Mr. Wagermark has also been the Managing Director for AT&T Nordics AB and Senior Advisor in the KREAB Public Affairs group.

He is married with Margareta and they have two children and enjoy leisure activities such as relaxing, book writing, golf, hunting, riding, jogging and everything else that makes life worth living.
