With a team of specialists across brand development, content, digital, creative and research and insights under his wing, Shashi has built a boutique setup for re-imagining communications.
He harbors a vision for The Weber Shandwick Collective to be a global, multi-disciplinary creative powerhouse for the world’s most important brands. The Weber Shandwick Collective in India today is driving compelling consumer campaigns for world leaders like Coca Cola, Samsung, Nestle, IBM, Micron, GE Aerospace, Service Now, Spotify, Bacardi, LinkedIn, Medtronic, Seagate, Splunk, Toyota, Visa India Inc, Yamaha Motors, amongst a host of other businesses.
In his previous role as Vice President at Perfect Relations where he spent 14+ years, he created a benchmark business brand that shaped the industry practices at large transnational brands like Adidas, AirAsia, Airtel, Bayer, Coca Cola, Diageo, Fiat, Mattel, MTV India, Honda Cars, Skoda Auto, to name a few.
Away from work, you will find him mentoring and encouraging professionals to think differently and inspire change. He channels his passion for sports onto the cricket field, spending time with young kids to instill in them the value of enjoying the game, embracing healthy competition over simply winning, and always giving their best performance. He strongly believes in the rejuvenating powers of family vacations not just for himself but the people around him. He always emphasizes that one returns from a vacation happier and healthier and ‘that’ good mood is contagious. He derives his inspiration to lend unconditional attention from his pet dog. He feels blessed with the influence of the 3 powerful women in his life.
